Just a quick announcement to the world about two blogs that were just launched in the past few days:
Misty Mountain Online is a new blog on an old domain. Not only do they have a nice header picture, but they do have some good quality articles. I would suggest checking them out.
A General Blog I came across was on an edu domain. This blog contains lots of general interest articles from a students point of view.
There have been many artists that have shaped the country music industry. Some examples that come to mind are Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, and Shania Twain. One of the most influential artists from the 1960s was Merle Haggard.
What sets Merle Haggard out from the crowd? He was successful in combining many forms of American music such as folk, pop, blues and jazz and integrated them into country music. His unique style and sound would influence country artists for years to come.
Over the years, Merle has released over seventy albums and over six hundred songs. Some more notable ones are “Okie from Muskogee” and the “Fightin’ Side of Me.”
Merle Haggard was inducted into the Songwriters’ Hall of Fame in 1977 and in 1994, ws inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

In many newspapers and magazines I have been reading lately, it seems that there is a booming real estate market in Canada. In an effort to find more information, I took my search online.
I found some obvious sites such as MLS.ca – the Canadian multiple listings service. What I was really looking for was a one stop real estate investing resource site – and I found it at Bizops.ca.
Bizops is a blog geared towards Canadian business opportunities and Canadian real estate investing. I was able to find information relating to the booming markets in Canada, sites where I could find real estate for sale and where to find average rents in different cities in Canada.
So, I definitely rate Bizops a five out of five as it is useful and informative regarding real estate investing in Canada.
If you are buying a laptop there are many things to consider. Processor speed, RAM, hard drive space, video card and screen size are some of the things to look at. Now, if you are like me, the number of selections can be a little overwhelming. But I’ve found a resource that helped me and could help you.
Laptops blog is just what the title suggests: a blog about laptops. You can find buying tips, hints about laptop warranty and more. The nice thing about the information is that it is written in easy to read English, not some techno babble. Be sure to check Laptops blog out.
