I thought I would be smart yesterday and try my hand at using DOS.  If you have had a computer long enough, you would remember, that something as simple as typing in the wrong command could make you lose all your information.

Guess what I did?

Yes, I typed in the wrong thing.  Angered, I decided to leave the computer until today when I could have some help.  I had a friend come over to see if they could do a partition recovery and fix my computer.

Though my friend Chuck had never tried to recover data from deleted partition, he had been able to recover lost volumes in the past and he figured that it would be much the same.

After a couple of hours, Chuck had good news – he had fixed my computer.  I guess I won’t try to use DOS anytime in the future – it just screws things up.
