Figuring out how to get your name out there seems like a difficult thing. It does not have to be. Through the use of current customers, referrals, networking and blogging, developing a pipeline of customers can be effectively accomplished with little to no monetary investment. All it takes is a little time and know how.

Car Sales Training Tip One: Repeat Customers It is a no-brainer that treating a customer fairly is a pretty good way to close a sale, but it is also a good way to get more sales. A big part of car sales is rapport and trust and treating a customer right is the best way to build those two things. Trust and rapport will likely gain you a customer for life.

A happy customer is more likely to drop your name to friends and family members who might also be in need of a vehicle. The best part of this is it is a continuing cycle. Car Sales Training Tip Three: Social Networking to Generate Customers Whether you are traditional or technological advanced, social networking is a great way to generate contacts that will become future customers. Using fraternal organizations or other social groups is one way to do this. By putting yourself in social situations, you are automatically generating interest and name recognition. Another way to do this is through the online community. Social networking sites work just like ‘real life’ networking and will allow you to effectively generate customers if used properly.

Car Sales Training Tip Four: Using Blogs to Generate Customers Anyway you can get your name out there is good. Several methods are more effective. Blogging can be the most effective way to get your name out there and thus keep your pipeline full. By keeping a current blog and using a conversational tone about anything that may interest potential customers you can and will generate new customers. Examples include promotional events and new product information.
